We have an immediate (onsite)Help Desk Operatorposition in Clinton TN.If you join our team in this role you will provide tier I technical assistance to end users by performing problem diagnosis and guidance through stepbystep solutions. You must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- 02 years related experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot the following types of technical issues in accordance with operating instructions: equipment software hardware andnetwork malfunctions.
- Provide diagnosis resolution and/or escalate technical issues in accordance with operating instructions.
- Strong background utilizing MS Office Products.
- Excels in multitasking.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure/hardware.
- Exceptional communication skills
Must be able to obtain favorable Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the followingareas:
- Criminal history
- Financial status
- Known associates
- Work history
- Medical release
