What Youll Get To Do:

Your Contributions
- Collaborate as a member of the Internal Communications team to promote our work values and culture internally and to clients in support of our brand.
- Support the Internal Comms team in daytoday coordination of the global internal communications plan activities and campaigns.
- Develop written communications (emails Slack & intranet posts etc. for our global internal audience.
- Help collate content for our monthly Good Day at FIRST meetings and monthly @ FIRST enewsletter.
- Support the Internal Communication team in the daytoday coordination of internal communication campaigns and local internal events.
- Potentially assist team members in creating content for our FIRST Hub (intranet) monthly @ FIRST enewsletter and other communications that support our plan including copywriting proofreading and collaboration with designers.
- Support internal communication events such as companywide meetings as needed.
- Assist with general Internal Communication tasks and adhoc duties and admin as necessary.
- Bring enthusiasm inspiration and fresh ideas to the team and flexibility and adaptability while working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand leading by example and displaying the companys core values (Ambition Creativity Excellence Integrity Teamwork)
What We Are Looking For:

- Working towards a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Understanding of different marketing techniques
- Prior events experience or working within a creative capacity is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite; handson experience with marketing computer software (eg CRM tools) preferred but not required
- Excellent project management skills including: multitasking prioritization of tasks (i.e. time management) attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrate strong research and organizational skills
- A selfstarter able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and take direction well
- Graphics/Photoshop experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt to different situations personalities and requests
- A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress
- Creative problem solver
- Team player able to liaise with other members of the team
- Should exert sound judgment discretion and preserve confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
United States Residents: The base pay for this position is $20.00$25.00/hour.
