YOUR MISSION

Glovo Spain is going through a labour mode shift and we are creating a new department to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We are looking for an Account Manager who wants to join an exciting new project at Glovo this person will manage and develop strategic relationships with thirdparty logistics providers 3PLs) at Glovo. This role is crucial for ensuring expansion optimization and efficiency in order volumes as well as implementing new tools to enhance logistics operations.

THE JOURNEY

  • Oversee the growth expansion and optimization of the order volumes for each account.
  • Present and provide visibility to providers on new tools and processes implemented on the platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between 3PLs and internal teams including operations billing and pricing.
  • Conduct strategic meetings with 3PL business owners to collect feedback negotiate improvements and define the next steps.
  • Ensure the proper of contracts and commercial agreements with logistics providers
  • Work toe to toe with other internal departments to ensure the best experience for our providers
  • Manage a portfolio of 2030 logistics provider accounts 3PLs).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Previous experience in account management logistics or consulting (preferably in delivery ecommerce or transportation sectors). 2 aos)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills to build relationships with providers.
  • Analytical mindset and resultsdriven approach to optimize service expansion and growth.
  • Knowledge of billing pricing and business models in logistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • High level of English and Spanish (experience in international environments is a plus).
