We are looking for an Associate Learning & Development (L&D) Operations to drive the seamless of L&D initiatives at Cashfree Payments. This role will be responsible for handling logistics vendor management stakeholder communication program management and other L&D operations to enhance the learning experience for our employees.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee endtoend of L&D programs including scheduling tracking and reporting
- Manage training sessions venues materials and other logistics to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaise with external training providers negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal teams trainers and leadership to align L&D programs with business needs
- Track and analyze training effectiveness maintaining records and generating insights for continuous improvement
What You Will Need:
- 24 years of experience in L&D operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in handling vendors logistics and managing stakeholder communications at leadership level as well as participants
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms is a plus but not a necessity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and other project management tools
