We are looking for a Senior Transportation Engineer Manager to lead and manage transportation projects from conception to completion. You will ensure project success by coordinating teams managing resources and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships ensuring a steady pipeline of new projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills technical expertise in the transportation industry and a successful project management track record.

Salary Range: $120000$150000 annually
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience qualifications/education and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Project Management including managing and facilitating all communications on assigned projects with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Management of design staff and projects
- Management of proposals project budgets schedule scope and invoicing process from start to finish
- Attend Marketing Business Development meetings for Transportation Sector
- Maintaining positive client relationships understanding project requirements and facilitating all deliverables to ensure an outstanding customer experience using Clientship Philosophy.
- Continuous business development efforts for work in the Transportation sector
- Provide QA/QC on work
Supervisory/leadership Duties
- Effectively manage teams across multiple locations.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects ensuring work is prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing respectful performance feedback through structured and realtime communication.
- Support employee growth by facilitating career development skillbuilding and training opportunities.
- Act as a coach by guiding and inspiring team members to enhance productivity and overcome challenges independently.
- Serve as a mentor by sharing knowledge offering direction and fostering career progression.

Education & Experience
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 15 years transportation design and project management experience
- Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain PE license
- Prior staff management preferred.
- Client relationship and business development
- Experience with MS Office programs
