What you will do:
1 Lead Generation:
Develop and implement comprehensive email campaigns LinkedIn prospecting cold calling etc. across multiple business entities.
Design highconverting email campaigns and multichannel outreach plans tailored to specific ICPs and personas.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing CRM and Data teams to refine messaging targeting and conversion tactics.
Conduct A/B testing analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor key metrics (e.g. spam/bounce rates reply rates conversion metrics) and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
2 CrossFunctional Coordination:
Work closely with various sales teams to ensure timely followup on SQLs and seamless integration of lead nurturing strategies.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on growth targets and campaign performance.
3 Generate MQLs and Convert SQLs:
Metric: Achieve a minimum of 1 MQL per day per assigned business and qualify them to SQL.
Own endtoend lead generation process for allocated businesses.
Collaborate with Data/CRM teams to continuously refine targeting for higher SQL conversion.
4 Design & Execute Campaigns:
Draft engaging emails messaging and positioning with a target reply rate of 3.
Drive LinkedIn engagement with a connection acceptance rate of 20 and book 5 meetings weekly.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to optimize newsletter positioning and messaging.
5 Process Coordination & Reporting:
Track and maintain spam/bounce rates below 2 ensuring optimal deliverability.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports (SQL progress campaign ROI) to key stakeholders.
Ensure sales teams follow up on SQLs within 24 hours to maximize conversion.
Requirements
23 years of handson experience in growth marketing lead generation or demand generation.
Proven expertise in outbound email outreach LinkedIn prospecting cold calling and multichannel outreach strategies.
Handson experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and email marketing platforms.
Datadriven mindset with a strong analytical approach including A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills to craft compelling outreach messages.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to swiftly switch between tasks and adapt strategies under pressure.
Experience in B2B SaaS or techdriven industries.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead scoring frameworks.
Understanding of SQL/MQL pipelines and conversion optimization strategies.
