Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will fill the pipeline for all Big Cedar positions and ensure that hiring managers have ample qualified candidates to select from to fill their open positions. This position works closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate and plan for openings. This position is hourly and the salary range is $22 $27 per hour DOE.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Track and report on relevant data such as time to fill sourcing cost per hire etc.
  • Review and Screen candidates
  • Source candidates through multiple avenues
  • Understand best match for candidates and the department
  • Aid in the development of recruitment strategies that align with business unit goals and key initiatives
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses
  • Arrange management interview by coordinating schedules
  • All other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of Talent Acquisition Experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • Ability to communicate with candidates and hiring teams in various capacities and through different mediums
  • Experience sourcing for passive candidates through external career sites
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Guide applicants through the application process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Basic Computer Skills Microsoft Office including Outlook Teams Excel Word
  • Oral Comprehension The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regular computer work and sitting
  • Occasional walking standing and lifting

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Daytoday work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
