Job Responsibilities :
1. Take inbound calls and chats to understand customers requirements/needs
2. Engage with leads over chat/calls/video calls and recommend them the products as per their needs
3. Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM and ensure timely followups to drive sales & customer satisfaction
4. Work on crossselling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the order value
5. Help customers with video trials and store trials at the experience store
6. Work on coordinating with the support and operations team and deliver a great aftersales experience
Requirements
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Work Experience : 0 1 Year(Freshers are welcome
Communication Skills : Excellent communication in English & Hindi
