Located in Ft. Lauderdale FL GA Telesis is seeking an Aviation Investment Analyst to join our Leasing Investment Finance and Trading division (LIFT) at GA Telesis. The LIFT division specializes in the investment trading and leasing of commercial aircraft and engines providing tailored financing solutions to airlines globally. This position involves analyzing a large volume of highvalue transactions with the successful candidate responsible for conducting investment analysis and supporting management in making critical investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
Located in Ft. Lauderdale FL GA Telesis is seeking an Aviation Investment Analyst to join our Leasing Investment Finance and Trading division (LIFT) at GA Telesis. The LIFT division specializes in the investment trading and leasing of commercial aircraft and engines providing tailored financing solutions to airlines globally. This position involves analyzing a large volume of highvalue transactions with the successful candidate responsible for conducting investment analysis and supporting management in making critical investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and investment analysis for aircraft and engine acquisitions leases and sales.
- Develop investment recommendations using structured finance principles risk assessment and exit strategies.
- Evaluate lease agreements maintenance projections and market trends to assess opportunities and risks.
- Partner with business development teams to structure price and prioritize highvalue investments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast asset liquidity and valuation.
- Integrate technical economic and market intelligence into investment decisions including fleet planning and supplydemand dynamics.
- Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes OEM developments and macroeconomic factors affecting the airline and air cargo sectors.
- Support portfolio management by tracking asset performance optimizing monetization strategies and providing financial insights.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for crossfunctional teamwork.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling pricing and scenario analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fastpaced highvolume investment environment.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis investment underwriting or a related role.
- Experience in the aviation industry or structured finance.
- Familiarity with golf is advantageous.
