Team mission
As a Social Media Customer Care Specialist you will be the voice of GetYourGuide on social media ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand values and commitment to worldclass service. You will respond to customer inquiries engage with our community and enhance our online reputation and customer experience across multiple social media platforms and review sites.
You will:
- Respond to customers queries both publicly and privately on social media fostering meaningful connections.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms such as Google Play Store Apple App Store and Trustpilot.
- Ensure operational quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Work closely with marketing brand and supplier enablement teams to address feedback and support campaigns.
- Lead/support initiatives to enhance team efficiency and elevate the customer care experience across social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the team to share valuable insights and propose strategies that uphold our quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Who you are:
- Fluent in English and Spanish with French or Italian considered a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service representative ideally with a background in social media community management.
- Dataoriented and ambitious driven to achieve high individual performance while contributing to the teams success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with audiences across various social media platforms.
- A proactive mindset capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance customer experience and optimize operations.
- A collaborative team player who actively contributes insights and feedback to improve overall team performance.
- Highly organized and detailoriented able to efficiently manage multiple conversations and tasks.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges actively contributing to highimpact projects that drive quality and elevate customer satisfaction standards.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
