Location Details: Pune Maharashtra India
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office fulltime; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.
Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work inoffice as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team.
- FullCycle Recruitment:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing candidates screening resumes conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Apply various sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates including job boards social media platforms industry networking referrals and direct sourcing.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs provide regular updates and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews assess candidate qualifications and evaluate cultural fit based on GoDaddys core values and desired abilities.
- 5 years Recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of recruiting across technical and corporate functions with the ability to directly source and hire passive talent.
- Understanding of technical roles skills and industry trends with the ability to assess technical capabilities effectively.
- Fluent in business level English.
- Experience working with stakeholders across geographies.
