Treasury Management
v Manage cash flow andliquidity to optimize working capital.
v Oversee investments and debt management.
v Engage inInvestor and Financier relationship.
v Lead the teamfor any kind of capital infusion in the organization.
v PrepareBudgets CMA data Projections etc. as per requirements of FinancialInstitution and Management.
v Provideinsights and recommendations based on financial data to drive decisionmaking.
Risk Management
v Identifyassess and mitigate financial risks ensuring compliance with regulations andinternal policies.
v Develop andimplement risk management strategies to protect the companys assets.
Compliance
v Ensure legalcompliance in respect of all applicable laws such as Income Tax GST CompaniesAct Accounting Standards PF ESI etc.
v Suggest andsupervise the implementation of changes to procedures policies and systems tofacilitate expansion compliance and scaling of the business.
Internal Controls & MIS
v Review thecompanys existing process for evaluation of risks and identification of looseinternal controls suggest and implement requisite changes if any.
v Supervise theprocess of defining and documenting the SOPs of work processes.
v Designingupdation and implementation of the ManagementInformation System (MIS) and ensure regular reporting of same.
Book Keeping
v Overallsupervision of Finance & Accounts team.
v Supervise the preparationand conclusion of the financial statements including monthly and annualaccounts.
v Finalcoordination at the senior level of Statutory auditor and Internal auditor.
v Seek help ofexperts such as Internal Auditors Statutory Auditors Consultants etc. as perneeds.
