Job Description
We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Controller/Economist to join an ambitious team at a forward-thinking company in growth. About the role
In this role you will play a key part in ensuring sound financial control and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with management finance and other departments to analyze financial performance forecast future trends and improve internal processes. This is a hands-on and strategic role perfect for someone who enjoys balancing daily operations with high-level analysis.
You will be part of a small but growing team with room to take ownership influence how things are done and grow into a more senior role over time.
What you will be doing
Monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Cash flow monitoring and planning
- Supporting business decisions with financial modeling and KPIs
- Working with auditors and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Improving and automating financial processes and tools
- Participating in strategic and cross-functional projects
We believe you have
- A degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or equivalent
- 25 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. controller financial analyst or accountant)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables formulas etc.)
- Experience working with accounting and/or ERP systems
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
Its a plus if you have experience from a fast-paced environment SaaS or project-based business models.

Location
The team is based in Malm with a hybrid setup. We meet at the office 23 days a week but flexibility is part of our DNA.
