Job Description
Lakota Solutions LLC (LSC) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for their Norfolk VA location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishments storage plan.
- Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing stacking or palletizing materials IAW prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; and removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
- May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
- Uses MAT and other Government Data Systems to perform the requirements in the PWS i.e. resolving common error conditions responds to computer output instructions or error conditions and following SOPs.
- Candidate must have ability to obtain and maintain US government Common Access Card (CAC)
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a position of public trust/NACI.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Must possess a knowledge of DD13481A receipt processing Navy requisitions inventory procedures supply operations data entry into personal computers and scanning devices and possess an understanding of storage plans.
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle and forklift license for forklifts up to 20K.
