Golin Dallas is looking for an experienced Manager Catalyst to join a dynamic team supporting an industry leading CPG brand.

Riding the wave of recognition and awardwinning work the Manager Catalyst has an incredible opportunity to work with an integrated group of specialists to deliver strategic creative and relevant communications solutions across influencer and media relations work to address our clients key business challenges that helps promote and protect the brand in Dallas and keep Golin on top.

This role has a seat at the table with our client shaping strategy with senior leadership managing branded influencer campaigns as well as traditional media campaigns. You will oversee communications between internal teams and clients to drive brand awareness working with a collaborative team that roll up their sleeves at all levels to produce great work!

What Youll Do:
- Immerse self in clients business and our communications objectives and strategy.
- Serve as a client contact providing counsel on tactical matters linked to strategic plans with support of practice leadership and the core team.
- Drive forward timelines and day to day communication to ensure all media and influencer related plans and work streams are moving forward.
- Proactive development and implementation of strategic recommendations and plans.
- Manage multiple projects at one time coordinating between Golin and client team.
- Plan and implement consumerfacing events and partnerships on behalf of our brand partners.
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities for the development of strategic client plans and assist with the creation of related budgets.
- Quickly assess and come up with solutions to solve problems.
- Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
What You Have:
- Bachelors in Journalism Public Relations Advertising Marketing or related field
- A minimum of 35 years of relevant account management experience PR agency preferred with demonstrated daytoday examples of leading client relationships and/or related work streams.
- Ability to manage timelines and client budgets and possess strong organizational skills.
- Experience managing daytoday client service and project management for CPG and/or B2C brands.
- Ability to develop and provide sound strategic counsel and help sell our ideas and build integrated media plans.
- Possess knowledge of earned and social/digital.
- Strong understanding of traditional media influencer and content marketing strategies ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics.
- Highly adaptable and flexible ability to shift priorities in realtime to meet client needs.
- Excellent writing copyediting and proofreading skills.
- Excel at verbal and written client interpersonal and intrateam communications

Salary Range: $55000 $95000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
