Job Description

A growing homecare company is seeking an experienced Home Care Administrator to oversee internal operations across four locations. This role involves managing Department of Health (DOH) audits ensuring compliance and overseeing the clinical side of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homecare administration and a deep understanding of the regulatory and clinical aspects of the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee internal operations across four homecare locations ensuring smooth daytoday functioning.

    • Manage staff scheduling and overall workflow to ensure highquality service delivery.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with all homecare regulations and oversee preparation for DOH audits.

    • Maintain and update policies and procedures to align with changing regulations.

  • Clinical Oversight:

    • Manage the clinical side of the business ensuring proper patient care and staff adherence to clinical standards.

    • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure highquality care and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and support to staff across all locations ensuring training performance and development.

    • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture that emphasizes patient care and employee satisfaction.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in homecare administration with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of homecare regulations including DOH compliance and auditing.

  • Indepth understanding of the clinical side of the homecare industry.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple locations and ensure operational efficiency across all sites.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with staff families and external partners.
