What Were Building
Offload is a permit driven dispatching solution purpose built for the industry moving the largest most complex pieces of freight. Our customers haul the infrastructure of modern society and operate totally different from carriers moving general commodity freight. Were bringing operational efficiency organizational transparency and actionable data to an industry living on whiteboards and spreadsheets.
What Youll Do
As a Founding Engineer youll be empowered with autonomy and ownership over building and maintaining the core components and features of our products. Key responsibilities include:
- 0to1 architectural ownership of new features
- FullStack Application Development: Create and maintain responsive highperforming applications using React TypeScript NestJS PostreSQL vector DBs and other technologies/platforms as required
- AIpowered solutions: Our application will be embedded with AIpowered solutions that youll be both creating and contributing to.
- Cloud Architecture: Utilize AWS services to deploy and maintain secure scalable systems.
- Design & Innovation: Participate in team discussions to share ideas solve challenges and help shape the future of our platform.
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of professional experience in software development specifically having built for startups from the ground up.
