The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Compensation Team Manager the Business Systems and Process Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the experience of our business partners and automating tasks within the team. Collaborating with team members and the IT department this individual contributes to the continuous optimization of processes.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement projects and support the manager in corporate projects impacting sales force compensation.
  • Systems Management: Manage the CABS Apexa and Onbase systems for the compensation team including establishing needs drafting business cases/proposals documenting requirements conducting tests and implementing changes.
  • Documentation and Training: Write and maintain uptodate work procedures and processes and provide employee training.
  • Team Support: Provide expertise and support to colleagues in sales force compensation for complex cases within the distribution network including tracking commissions bonuses compensation structure contracts and information requests.

What youll need

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial services or related field.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Curiosity for continuous process improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
