What you would do as our Internal Communications & Executive Assistant

The Internal Communication & Executive Assistant role is a dynamic and multifaceted position with a significant focus on shaping internal communications while also providing highlevel executive support to the VP BSI Europe. Most of the role is dedicated to improving communication between segments coordinating activities and ensuring information flows smoothly across teams. This position requires exceptional communication skills advanced proficiency in presentation software and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision discretion and integrity. It is ideal for a proactive and highly organized professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to make a significant impact. You will report directly to the VP BSI Europe.

You would also be responsible for but not limited to:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies ensuring alignment with company goals culture and leadership messaging.
• Manage companywide announcements internal events town halls and engagement initiatives for clarity and consistency.
• Provide highlevel executive support including calendar management travel arrangements expense reporting and confidential correspondence.
• Prepare reports presentations and meeting materials while coordinating agendas and followups.
• Assist in project management and change initiatives ensuring transparency efficiency and timely .

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience in a similar role preferably 5 years in an international environment.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written.
• Adjusting priorities flexibly while working in a structured manner.
• Strong IT skills particularly in Outlook Word Excel and Power Point. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• A Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Business or related field.
