Job Description

You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Install maintain and repair piping systems.
  • Perform equipment PMs and complete work order documentation.
  • Have general knowledge of boiler room/facilities equipment such as boilers pumpsdeaerator control room air compressors chiller dryers pneumatic controls valves & HVAC.
  • Operate maintenance shop equipment.
  • Read & interpret documentation such as drawings manuals and technical bulletins.
  • Use electrical tester to safely check power fuses breakers and switches.
  • Operate a forklift scissor lift and jenny boom.
  • Plan and organize individual work.
  • Install service and repair all equipment in a timely manner.
  • Have and maintain proper hand tools.
  • Maintain good housekeeping throughout plant and shop.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures.
  • Other duties and related responsibilities as required

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 13 years practical experience in related fields.
  • Be able to lift thirty pounds over their head at least 4 times in 8 hours.
  • Be able to climb and work from Ladder
