Job Description
You will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Install maintain and repair piping systems.
- Perform equipment PMs and complete work order documentation.
- Have general knowledge of boiler room/facilities equipment such as boilers pumpsdeaerator control room air compressors chiller dryers pneumatic controls valves & HVAC.
- Operate maintenance shop equipment.
- Read & interpret documentation such as drawings manuals and technical bulletins.
- Use electrical tester to safely check power fuses breakers and switches.
- Operate a forklift scissor lift and jenny boom.
- Plan and organize individual work.
- Install service and repair all equipment in a timely manner.
- Have and maintain proper hand tools.
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout plant and shop.
- Understand and follow all safety procedures.
- Other duties and related responsibilities as required
- High school diploma/GED
- 13 years practical experience in related fields.
- Be able to lift thirty pounds over their head at least 4 times in 8 hours.
- Be able to climb and work from Ladder
