Salary Package: $140 $145K Super Bonus

Role Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager within a $100 million plus turnover business this newly created role is being recruited tp support a progressive finance team. The role offers a candidate an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast growth and positively changing business which has been active in M&A Transactions. The purpose of the role is to provide financial and technical accounting support in a friendly and supportive team with future opportunities for career growth through the business adding in additional layers in the finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to demonstrate their financial accounting and audit related skills and gain exposure in a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly accounting closing process for multiple entities in accordance with IFRS
- Participate in the monthly reporting including consolidation reporting to the shareholders
- Support Treasury functions including the of payments and bank reconciliations
- Manage the relationship with external services providers including outsourced shared services external tax advisors and external audit liaison
- Analyse of large volumes of data and presentation to internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile
The client is looking for a CA/CPA qualified candidate to take their next step in their Finance career with experience desired around technical accounting for multiple entities in a growth environment which can often be fluid in responsibilities. Ideally if the candidate has exposure to SAP and an intermediateadvanced level of MS Excel this would be beneficial. There will be an opportunity for a candidate to develop their skills around process ownership and recommend improvements within systems and reporting efficiencies. A progressive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely is highly valued.
