Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources organizational psychology business or related field required. Three years experience in human resources with substantial involvement in developing and implementing comprehensive multilayered project plans. Excellent communication skills organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be a creative problem solver. Demonstrate a high degree of judgment discretion and confidentiality. Must be missiondriven motivated and a lifelong learner. Extensive computing experience and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. This position requires a flexible work schedule including early mornings late evenings and/or occasional weekends to support extended student services.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in human resources organizational psychology business or related field preferred. Experience working in the education field. Experience with Employee Engagement Survey software and other related survey platforms. Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems. Previous role within Employee Engagement or Human Resources in the academic or healthcare sector.
