Schedule:

Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.

To the extent permitted by law the Company may in its sole discretion change the work schedule to address business needs.

In This Role You Will:

Provide support to and gain handson experience in talent management and HR strategy with exposure to job architecture career pathing and candidate social engagement. Grow a deeper understanding of organizational development making a meaningful impact in shaping talent strategy.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Assist in the development of job architecture frameworks helping to define roles competencies and career progression within the organization.
  • Perform audits of job descriptions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Support the career pathing process by researching industry best practices and compiling resources for employee growth and development.
  • Partner with the HR leaders and internal teams on social media initiatives related to talent engagement.
  • Conduct research and analysis on talent trends workforce development strategies and job architecture frameworks.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the Talent team.
  • Work closely with assigned mentor and attend regularly scheduled oneonone meetings to provide updates on projects.
  • Follow weekly internship schedule as set by department supervisor and assigned mentor.
  • Use Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel to prepare documents and presentations as requested.
  • May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a postsecondary education program and pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business or another related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and in writing with candidates thirdparties and all levels of company staff.
  • Professional customerfocused attitude and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Highlymotivated selfstarter with strong work ethic exceptional attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment; ability to multitask change direction effectively prioritize and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning actively seeking out opportunities to acquire new skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across and at all levels of the organization.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters level student in the disciplines of Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business or another related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate setting within Human Resources with demonstrated success meeting deadlines.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; operate computer and phone systems; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee is required to be physically present in the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
