Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a desire to learn and grow in the banking industry. We have a parttime Personal Banker position with flexible hours typically covering lunch and afternoon hours during the week and one Saturday per month. This position would have the individual rotate weeks at both the Bismarck and Mandan Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately service a widerange of financial transactions.
  • Interact with and address the needs of our customers on a daily basis.
  • Offer ancillary products & services that align with customers needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to refer business across all FIBT departments.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma/equivalency or related experience is preferred but not necessary as we can train the individual into the position.
