We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Procurement
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible to manage purchase requisitions creation and approval.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.
- Identify suppliers who do not populate the vendor information in PR
- Coordinate and collect missing documents to create PR/PO to execute sourcing requests
- Receive requisitions
- Validate the requisitions and attachments (e.g. Quote SOW Invoice)
- Coordinate with enduser to obtain missing details
- Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
- Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors / Master degree in Accountancy Finance Business Management or any related field
- Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills Telephone / Email
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel Word PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of Procurement Operations
- Good Keyboard Skills
- Working experience on Ariba/SAP
- Exposure to Source to Pay cycle
