Job Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented HR Analyst to support HR functions data analysis and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will assist in workforce planning HR analytics process optimization and compliance tracking to improve overall efficiency and employee experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics trends and reports to support decisionmaking.
- Maintain and update HR databases ensuring accuracy in employee records and reporting.
- Support recruitment onboarding and talent management processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives surveys and feedback analysis.
- Assist in payroll processing compensation analysis and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline HR processes and automation.
- Support performance management cycles training programs and career development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports dashboards and presentations for management.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HRrelated matters.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of HR policies labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience with HRMS tools (e.g. Keka etc.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience
- 23 years of experience in HR analysis HR operations or a similar role.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
