- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center supervisory role or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
