Job Description
As part of our continuing expansion strategy AERLINK isseekingan experienced Aviation Stores Supervisor based in Brisbane:
Job Responsibilities:
- Process goods receipts and issues using the provided guidelines through the companies ERP system (Ramco).
- DG shipping approval highly desired but not essential
- Ensure all corporate information is captured within the Companys business systems adhering to recordkeeping policies and procedures.
- Packaging and freighting materials as directed.
- Assisting in procurement when required .
- Handling of international and domestic freight booking tracking collecting on forwarding requirements.
- Dispatching goods through designated freight forwarders.
- Periodic stock takes.
- Inventory management and regular stock control.
- Logistical support and assistance to internal stake holders.
- Liaising with the groups business units as necessary.
- Maintaining records and stock traceability.
- Coordinating and applying storage procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- Supervising Store person
General warehouse and driving duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum3 yearsprevious experienceon a similarrole
- Current Australian drivers license
- Basic Computer Skills
