Sales Representative Role: Exciting Opportunity in the B2C Foundation Repair Industry
TGG Accounting has partnered with a South Carolina specialty residential construction group who are seeking to add territory managers in Savannah GA If you are a dynamic sales individual with a drive to learn a new industry reach sales goals and earn $100K this could be the opportunity for you!
Annual Commission/Salary Goals: 10 of $1mm in sales
This is a commissionbased sales role that comes with up to two 2 months of paid onsite training in the North Charleston headquarters.
Position Overview:
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in your designated geographical area.
- Project Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure seamless project and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
