The Professional Services Team ANZ provides support guidance and consultancy services to our customers throughout their engagement and customer life cycle with GBG. We provide technical and functional support consultancy and advisory services for several products and services including identity verification location intelligence fraud management and project management. We work directly with our customers to ensure their requirements are met and that they can consume the GBG product(s) theyve purchased within the shortest possible timeframe.
The role
Reporting to the Client Integration Manager the role of the Integration Consultant is to support the integration onboarding and provisioning of GBGs Identity and Compliance solutions for both new and existing customers including data reporting and consulting services. This is a challenging and varied role so it means the need to liaise directly with customers to clarify requirements as part of our services.
