Hire Resolves client a leading provider of maritime services with a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Open vessel files for confirmed orders in accordance with company procedures.
Correspond with clients regarding ongoing services keeping them updated on progress.
Compile documentation and complete service reports.
Contact local shipping agents daily to obtain updates on vessel arrivals and departures.
Assist with additional tasks as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work after hours and on weekends if needed.
Own reliable transportation.
Experience in the maritime logistics field is beneficial.
