An opportunity has arisen to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department.
The Opportunity:
The role will be based at our largest catering unit; The John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock Halls.
The John McIntyre Conference Centre is a 500seater buffet style restaurant that provides approximately 28000 meals per week during our student period and breakfast lunch and dinner to our commercial guests yearround.
As a Sous Chef you will support the operational service delivery to our students and commercial guests throughout the year.

This post is fulltime 35 hours per week); however we are open to considering parttime or flexible working patterns.
The salary for this post is per annum.
