Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide highquality mental health care including assessment diagnosis and treatment for patients with psychiatric disorders. This role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and delivering evidencebased interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on PsychiatricMental Health.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico.
- Certification as a PsychiatricMental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNPBC).
- Active DEA registration for prescribing medications.
- Experience: Clinical experience in psychiatric assessment medication management and psychotherapy.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in psychopharmacology therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention.
- Soft Skills: Strong empathy active listening and ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
- Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with precision.
- Provide evidencebased individual and group psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists social workers and healthcare teams for holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services.
