This unique role within our Public Contracts team will allow you to combine your strong administrative and customer service skills and develop a unique skillset within medical administration.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer with outstanding customer service skills to work within our highly regarded Public Contracts team. In this varied role you will manage the bookings and billings for public contract referrals liaising with patients specialists hospital staff and a range of other stakeholders. Your strong communications and administrative skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.

Established in 2016 Gold Coast Private Hospital is a stateoftheart 340bed facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct in Southport.
With 22 operating theatres Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including but not limited to 24/7 Emergency Care Medical Services Orthopaedics Bariatrics Neurosurgery Plastic Surgery ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) General Surgery Obstetrics Cardiac Care and Oncology.

Essential Requirements:
Previous administrative experience working in a highvolume customer centric role.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time management and organisation skills
Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required
Previous experience in a hospital or medical environment will be highly regarded
Keys Skills and Strengths:
Able to adjust to changing priorities and work environments with ease
Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Reliable and responsible taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
Capable of working independently and making informed decisions.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Knowledge of medical terminology and WebPAS is an advantage
