What is the role
As a Support Worker youll play a key role in helping individuals develop life skills enjoy their hobbies and stay connected to their community. Your daytoday might include:
Supporting independence in cooking budgeting and household tasks
Administering medication and assisting with some personal care
Encouraging and supporting hobbies like hiking fitness classes and social outings
Helping individuals access community activities and local groups
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with cleaning administration and team collaboration
Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the lives of the people we support

What Skills and Experience Do You Need
Experience in supporting individuals with Epilepsy physical or mental health needs is beneficial but not essentialwe provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced team and management.
What matters most is your passion and commitment to making a difference. Were looking for someone who:
Is enthusiastic about empowering others to live independently
Has a genuine passion for making a positive impact
Takes initiative and can work independently while also being a team player

- An hourly rate of 12.75 making the annual salary 24531 (FTE)
