This firm is growing fast and now needs to appoint a Senior Associate Special Counsel or PartnerSolicitor specializing in family law.

Your role will include:
- Liaising with clients other lawyers counsel and colleagues
- Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements parenting arrangements financial agreements and child support agreements
- Court attendances and briefing Counsel
- Preparation for and attendances at mediations
- Leading supporting and developing a team
What You Need to excel in this role
- Minimum 3 years experience in family law (Family Accreditation is favorably looked upon) and be located in Melbourne.
- A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
- To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively and independently
- Be clientfocused & competent in providing advice and representation
- Strong attention to detail and be professionally presented
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Indepth understanding of Family Law and procedures
Competitive salary packages (based upon experience) $140000 $190000 plus structured bonuses are on offer to secure the right candidates.
