Senior Account Executive Fulltime (FT) Columbus OH
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships while expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have proven networking skills and a strong ability to foster meaningful connections that lead to new business opportunities. They will serve as a strategic partner to clients understanding their needs and aligning DIs services to provide impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
The Senior Account Executive will be highly motivated resultsdriven and skilled in relationshipbuilding. They will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to expand DIs market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator entrepreneurial in spirit and capable of navigating complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach networking and relationshipbuilding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Create and execute account growth strategies ensuring longterm success and expansion of client partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and close highvalue deals that align with DIs service offerings and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing delivery and leadership to ensure seamless client engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Provide consultative sales expertise understanding client needs and positioning DIs Data & Analytics solutions effectively.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent DI at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clientfacing sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated success in landing new business and expanding client relationships in a servicesbased industry.
- Experience in Data & Analytics services or technology consulting is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles with executivelevel stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding skills to foster longterm client partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities in highvalue sales environments.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for new and existing clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
- Excellent communication presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and sales pipeline management.
