Overview
Weekend Oncall LPN
Part Time or PRN
Shift: Friday 4:30pm Monday 8am
Mix of Phone Triage and FacetoFace Visits
$100 Weekend Guarantee

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and services
- Light housekeeping
- Assist with activities of daily living (turning and positioning toileting assistive devices safety and cleanliness feeding bathing dressing and grooming.
- Help maintain mobility nutrition and hydration
