We are supporting a leading law firm in Maidstone with offices across Kent in their search for a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. If you have over 2 years of experience in handling a broad range of residential property matters and are passionate about delivering excellent client care we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales purchases remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Handle freehold and leasehold matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review legal documents such as sale contracts transfer deeds and mortgage documents.
- Liaise with clients estate agents and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completions.
- Maintain high levels of communication and provide exceptional client service throughout the process.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 2 years PQE.
- Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
