East Village Dental Centreis looking for aDental Office Manager in Chicago ILto assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a teambased environment.

Position Overview:
As a Dental Office Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss including scheduling staff productivity collections receivables and expense management. Additionally you will support business growth through sales marketing and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel streamline workflows and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting payroll and banking to maintain a wellorganized and highperforming practice.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency compliance and a high standard of patient care.
  • Supervise and support patient coordinators dental assistants hygienists and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Manage scheduling staffing and frontoffice operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
  • Support dentists and staff with treatment planning billing and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Monitor office finances including expense management invoice submission collections and receivables to maintain profitability.
  • Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies equipment and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
  • Lead hiring training and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of management experience within dental setting.
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
  • Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
  • Strong attention to detail compliance and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
