As a Senior HR Generalist at Coherent you will play a key role in supporting the Swedish operations in all HRrelated matters. You will work closely with managers acting as a trusted advisor to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience performance management and company culture.
A strong understanding of HR systems and a digital mindset are essential for this role. Experience with Oracle Employee Connect is a plus.
Your Responsibilities Include
- HR Advisory: Provide handson support and guidance to managers on all HR matters.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process collaborate with recruitment agencies and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and increase employee engagement.
- Performance & Development: Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Payroll & Compensation: Act as the main contact for payroll providers manage merit reviews and develop compensation structures.
- Labor Law & Union Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws manage union negotiations and collaborate with employer organizations.
- HR Digitalization: Manage HR systems optimize processes and maintain the HR SharePoint.
- Training & Development: Conduct HR training sessions for managers and employees.
- HR Administration & Projects: Oversee employment administration and drive HR projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Oracle Employee Connect is a plus.
