Description of the role:
Fast paced busy service shop is on the lookout for the best! Service advisors are such a vital part of our dealership it takes a multitasker customer service superstar who is the liaison between our technicians and our customers. Fast paced challenging and rewarding!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle services
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and payments received
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies

Requirements:
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Two years of previous Service Advisor experience required
- Chrysler Certifications required
- Familiarity with air brake tire service shocks struts suspension oil change transmission brake repair auto body repair and diesel engine repair is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
- Cash handling experience is preferred
