Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Revit drawings from markups or based on instructions from team members.
- Working as part of a collaborative team developing three dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.
- Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content.
- Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Prepare Reference Models.
- Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.
- Review drawings for quality control.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Training in Revit AutoCAD and/or Building design.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.
- Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical Electrical Structural and Architectural drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
