World Gym in Kalispell is currently hiring an Operations Supervisor. Its an amazing team of people at one of the Valleys premier locally owned fitness locations. Individual to run all operations and once skill set has been met will move to GM.
Heres what were looking for:
- We are searching for someone with experience managing and with solid and proven management skills.
- General computer proficiency. Running Membership Financial Inventory etc. Daily Weekly Monthly reports learning and using an industryspecific software system (Excel/Sheets Word etc.
- Experience with financials reporting (budgets P&Ls etc.
- Managing Sales & Marketing efforts including CRM management social media and so forth.
- Managing and overseeing front desk staff and operations along with working Front Desk Duties as needed. Covering shifts.
- Solid Customer Service skills.
