Responsibilities:
- Conduct video meetings with prebooked appointments to pitch and close sales.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential investors.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in a remote or virtual sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in real estate or investment sales is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite in North Strathfield.
