Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company objectives and targetaudience.
Create edit proofread and publish a variety of content including videos and other multimediamaterials.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product to generatecontent ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Manage and update the companys LMS ensuring content is current relevant and optimizedfor end user
Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to refine strategies andimprove content effectiveness.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities forinnovation and differentiation.
Cultivate relationships with external content creators freelancers and influencers to expandour content reach and impact.

Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience content courses will be a plus Exposure to content
tools)
Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in content creation and management.
Exceptional writing editing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing LMS and byte sized content.
Ability to storyboard and outline content as per multiple user requirements
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is aplus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
Detailoriented and committed to producing highquality content.
