Human Resources Generalist II
This position provides professional support and expertise in the design implementation and administration of broad range of human resources functions or programs within an organizational unit. Serves as a consultant to the faculty and staff on campus and liaison with the core human resources department in Gainesville. This position will perform a variety of general Human Resources functions such as recruiting providing payroll and timekeeping troubleshooting while guiding all staff about compliance with campus and UF policies practices and regulations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Commensurate with experience.
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
