CARe is focused on developing new technologies that will change and enhance the customer offering and delivering a new and innovative way to manage the End to End Claims and Repair Experience.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Repair Centre Managers and Production Managers across the Western suburbs of Sydney to lead our sites. Dont miss this opportunity to join Australias fastest growing privately owned automotive repair network.

About the Role:

  • Manage lead and develop a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Oversee all aspects of the repair shop including workflow and ensure repairs are completed on time to a high standard and in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
  • Ensure high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
  • Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required.

About You:

  • Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Passion for cars and delivering highquality repairs.
  • A positive attitude and a love for what you do.
  • Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
