Job Description
Partner Staffing is recruiting for a Manager Talent Acquisition in Calgary Alberta.
We specialize in matching exceptional talent with businesses in the Oil & Gas Engineering Procurement Construction and Utilities sectors. As part of our Downtown Calgary team youll thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment where success is driven by building meaningful connections with clients and candidates.

You will:
- Post technical job opportunities across platforms source toptier talent and conduct indepth screening and interviews to ensure strong matches for client needs
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client priorities market trends and essential skill sets ensuring recruitment strategies align with business goals
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates and clients ensuring hightouch communication and followup throughout the hiring process
- Work with your colleagues to achieve shared recruitment goals contributing to an environment of growth innovation and success
- Leverage your experience with applicant tracking systems to optimize workflows manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver results
Requirements
This is an onsite position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Alberta to be considered for this role.
- You thrive in a goaloriented environment and bring a proactive approach to recruitment
- Your natural networking abilities and excellent communication skills set you apart
- With 2 years in recruitment you have a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent
- You excel at managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and solving problems with a positive mindset
- You value collaboration and are committed to helping both your team and your clients succeed
