Golin is looking for a VP Influencer to a rock star team of digital strategists creatives creators and analysts to drive bestinclass influencer campaigns and strategies. Youll counsel and partner with clients and work with your team to drive integrated influencer programming that is hightouch and hightech and drives ROI. Youll be their eyes and ears on how to maximize and optimize their content and storytelling and counsel on integration across owned earned and paid. As part of our agencys influencer counsel youll keep teams and clients up to speed on the latest trends and provide proactive ways to integrate into their marketing campaigns.

What Youll Do:

• Work in close collaboration with integrated Golin team leaders including account leadership earned strategy and creative to deliver bestinclass social media and influencer strategy and work
• Buildand optimizestrategicinfluencer strategiesto align with clients goals and objectives
• Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on best practices
• Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
• Experience executing brandlevel influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluence
• Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social program
• Cultivate a culture of support growth and partnership among team
• Serve as an ambassador of Golins capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
• Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
• Manage financials including budgets and billing projections and staffing
• Leadership experience as a people manager collaborator and advocate a voice for the team and your direct reports

What You Have:

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field with 1012 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
• Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
• Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
• Excellent verbal written presentation and problemsolving skills
• Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and daytoday communications initiatives
• Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a clients business to become a true partner
• Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
• A solutionsoriented mindset

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.

Salary range:

$120000 $219000
